Len Silverman

Len Silverman

Co-Founder

Len Silverman boasts a successful career in B2C and B2B marketing, including roles as Brand Manager at Angel Soft Bath Tissue, Director of Marketing at Scovill Fasteners, and VP of Marketing for the Activewear Division of Fruit of the Loom.

He actively shares his marketing expertise as an Adjunct Instructor of Marketing at MTSU and Cumberland University and fosters academic success through his 20-year ownership of a Huntington Learning Center franchise. He has also served 8 years on the Ad Fund Board of Huntington, where he has effectively managed a $4mil. annual budget.

Leveraging his experience, Len co-founded Up to Eleven Marketing, helping businesses achieve tangible growth through strategy-first marketing plans.

Robert Harms

Robert Harms

Co-Founder

Robert (Bob) Harms is the Co-Founder of Up to Eleven Marketing and a top 20, multiple unit franchise owner for Huntington Learning Center. 

He currently serves as the President of the Huntington Learning Center Ad Fund Board, overseeing a $4+ Million budget, and has been honored with the Franchisee Rock Star award. Bob has 35+ years of operational experience and has held positions as Vice President of Sales and Vice President of New Business Development for OMSG a private Long Island Company whose revenues exceed $33 Million. 

Bob leverages his expertise in Business Ownership, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Operations and P&L Management to lead Up to Eleven Marketing with the mission of delivering exceptional results and industry-leading service to all clients.
